Meet the Doctors
David M. Cashman, DDS
Dr. Cashman LOVES dentistry. Whether it’s a child’s first visit, teenagers needing braces, adults with cosmetic needs, or older patients seeking implants, Dr. Cashman finds joy in addressing patients’ dental concerns. With over 25 years experience, Dr. Cashman has extensive training in all these areas, in addition to Sleep Dentistry, Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, and Laser Dentistry. He is constantly looking ahead, learning ahead, and teaching ahead. Named as one of “America’s Top Dentists” by the Consumer Research Council of America, his devotion to patient care and comfort is second 
to none. Most importantly, he enjoys working with his team and creating beautiful smile experiences for everyone!
During his spare time, Dr Cashman enjoys traveling to other countries. However, his true home away from home is Hawaii. Not only did he earn his General Practice Residency in Honolulu, HI, but it is there that he also earned his nickname Big Wave Dave. Dr. Cashman decided to join some locals who were surfing some big waves, and he surprised them by being able to hang! Hence, they donned him the title ever since, and that still remains to be his nickname every time he goes back to visit Hawaii. When he’s not traveling, Dr. Cashman likes to spend his time outdoors cross-training. But what he likes most in California is the perfect golfing weather!
Parker Haley, DDS
Dr. Haley is a dentist committed to patient education and satisfaction. His own satisfaction comes from providing the highest quality care for his patients. Dr. Haley graduated from the 
University of Washington in Seattle with a triple degree in Neurobiology, Biochemistry, and Political Science. He then earned his DDS from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Haley is proficient in all areas of general dentistry with a focus on cosmetic, pediatric, and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Haley grew up in Ketchikan Alaska, and through his time in college, met his wife, Amy. After college, they moved to California and have been loving the sunshine ever since! Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, it's only natural that Dr. Haley enjoys outdoor activities ranging from snowboarding to surfing. He also dabbles in playing guitar, fixing cars, and going to the dog beach with his two dogs, Spencer and Sami. His love for collegiate football still remains and his allegiance stays with the UW Huskies, but he's starting to feel the pressure from USC and UCLA. But the one thing we bet you didn’t know is that Dr. Haley had a fairy-tale Disney princess wedding, thus making HIS home away from home Disneyland!
Dr. Brian Edwards, DDS
Dr. Edwards is a dentist dedicated to quality patient care using state of the art technology.
He employs great attention to detail, creating the best and healthiest smiles possible. Additionally, he deems the education of patients about their oral health of the highest regard. Having attended University of the Pacific for both his undergraduate and graduate education, Dr. Edwards received Cum Laude honors for his B.S. in Biological Science and graduated from the School of Dentistry in three years. Like Dr. Cashman, Dr. Edwards is one of the few dentists who was awarded with an OKU Clinical Excellence Award! 
Before entering dental school, he decided to take a year off to see the world. Dr. Edwards threw on a backpack and spent six months traveling through Western Europe. New Zealand, and Australia. “This experience allowed me to meet fascinating people, immerse myself in unique cultures, and gain a greater perspective on life,” he says. Today, he and his wife enjoy spending time with their closest family and friends. He also loves eating delicious foods and exercising. And he still loves to travel! However, he and his wife are most looking forward to start raising a family in South Orange County.
Frank Mogavero, DDS, MS
Dr. Mogavero enjoys nothing more than creating beautiful smiles. He attended UCLA for his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering as well as his dental degree (D.D.S.). He then went on to Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas for his orthodontic specialty training. Since then, he has also co-authored a textbook chapter about surgical orthodontics and has served as a clinical professor for 
post doctorate residents in orthodontics at the University of Southern California. Dentistry is undoubtedly his life time passion.
Dr. Mogavero has a teenage daughter, Cambria, and an older stepson, and is engaged to Anna Vincent, who has two sons. He is an avid snowboarder, maintaining a part-time orthodontic practice in Mammoth Lakes. At home in San Clemente, he enjoys riding his mountain bike or walking his dog on the mountain trails in Talega. Dr. Mogavero is also active in the community, and has coached his children's soccer for 16 years.
